We learned lots about different Gods and Goddesses, King Tutankhamun, Cleopatra, the pyramids, the Sphinx and buildings, food of the time and hieroglyphics. Lots of us also made something to help us present our projects. We even had a life-size mummy in our classroom!!!

Paper Chain challenge
Mrs. Duffy’s third class had a great STEM challenge this week. Each pod had to create as long a paper chain as possible using one large sheet of paper! Some found it quite tricky to work out which size of link was best to use. There was great team work going on throughout the class and in the end our longest chain was just over 10 metres long!!!
